Cinnabon® Triple Tiered Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cans of Pillsbury® Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 Container of Pillsbury® Creamy Supreme Cream
    Cheese Frosting
  • 1 Container of Caramel Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Pecans
  • Nonstick Baking Spray
  • 3 Round Cake Pans

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Open all three cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls.
  2. Place each can of dough into greased round cake pan. Firmly press dough to create one even layer. Bake according to can instructions.
  3. Combine cream cheese frosting with icing cups provided in cans. Remove pans from oven and cakes from pans.
  4. Once cakes have cooled, apply half of cream cheese frosting to first layer, place second layer on top and top with caramel sauce, and place third cake layer on top and finish off with remaining cream cheese frosting, caramel, and chopped pecans.
Step by Step Details:
Step 1

Using the back of a kitchen spoon, open all three cans of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls.

Step 2

Spray 3 round cake pans with nonstick spray. Place each can of dough in its own cake pan. Press the dough down firmly to spread the dough all the way to the edges and to fill in any gaps. Bake all three cake pans according to instructions on the Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll can.

Step 3

Combine the entire container of Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Cream Cheese Frosting with the 3 icing cups provided in the Pillsbury Cinnamon Roll cans. Remove cakes from the oven and allow time to cool to room temperature. Remove the cake layers from the cake pans.

Step 4

Once the cake layers have cooled to room temperature, spread half of the frosting/icing to the bottom layer of cake, spreading all the way to the edges. Place the second tier on top and spread caramel sauce across the whole layer. Place the third and final layer on top and finish with the remaining frosting/icing, drizzle with caramel sauce, and top with chopped pecans. Cut and serve!
