In order to qualify for a Cinnabon Partnership you must
meet the following criteria:
1.) Must be able to demonstrate (submitted information must
be verifiable) a total of $1.5 million (USD) in capital
assets and holdings (net worth).
2.) Must be willing (and able) to develop at least 10 (ten)
units within 3 years in an available area(s) (an area that
is not closed).
3.) Must have multi-unit restaurant or bakery management
experience, franchising and/or related business experience.
4.) Make sure your area of interest is available for development.
5.) Financial information must
be submitted along with the application about your personal
condition, as well as any partners and businesses.
