The Inline is Cinnabon's most popular bakery format. The typical
inline bakery is approximately 840 square feet with bakery
retail and production, dining, scullery and storage space
all on-premise. Bakeries without a dining area can be designed
as small as 350 square feet, but will need to be supported
by a minimum of 200 square feet of off-premises storage space.
